Client Satisfaction Survey
If you have accessed any of our programs and services please take a moment to let us know about your experience by completing a survey (click the link below). The survey is anonymous and voluntary. Any identifying information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and won’t be used in any report or shared publicly.
The purpose of the survey is to:
- help us ensure our programs and services are effective
- assist us in making changes/additions to programs in order to better meet the needs of our clients and the community
- report back to our funders and donors about the impact of the work we do
